It's time for another Workout Wednesday! In today's post, we are using a men's barbell which weighs 45lbs, 25 pound plates, a women's barbell which weighs 35lbs, 15 pound plates, clips and mats. This hiit workout takes just under around five minutes, which I love because you can see the light at the end of the tunnel. 

The partner workout is: Power Cleans and Push Jerks - Five rounds of however many reps works for you. Dan did five, and I did 3. If you're a beginner, you may want to start with lower weights and fewer rounds (start at three), and if you're more advanced, you may want to go heavier and for more rounds (eight to ten).
