3 Steps to More Glowing & Even Skin
I had someone just the other day ask if I still use Tula and the answer is – HELL YES! I absolutely love Tula and it’s a product I use every single day. I’ve been using Tula for over a year now and I’m constantly impressed by their products. Everything they come out with is incredibly hydrating and leaves your skin better than the day before. AND healthier than the day before. You know why? Because Tula packs their products full of probiotics!
In every single Tula product, you’ll find natural probiotics and healthy superfoods like blueberries and tumeric, and targeted safe ingredients like AHAs, retinol (aka Vitamin A), and Vitamin C, to improve the look of the skin. And all their products are cruelty free and contain no phthalates, parabens, propylene glycol, petrolatum, gluten, and mineral oil. I don’t know what the hell a phthalate is but I trust that I don’t want it on my skin.
If you take a daily probiotic, you probably already know how important they are for creating good bacteria in our gut. But probiotics are also known to help lock in moisture and soothe the look of inflammation. That means whenever you’re using Tula products, you’re locking in your skins moisture, helping it soothe distressed skin, and defending it against environmental stressors (aka aging, boooooo). When I first started using Tula, I would wake up every morning with clearer and smoother looking skin from the night before. I’m not kidding!
Even though I have a ton of Tula products I love and use regularly, I’ve been combining 3 products recently for more even skin. Whenever summer roles along and I’m traveling to sunny places, I ALWAYS get dark spots. My skin is incredibly prone to them. So I not only fight them in my estheticians office, but I also fight them at home with a combination of three Tula products –
- First I use Tula’s Dual-Phase Skin Reviving Treatment Pads twice a week. These pads include probiotics and lactic acid to exfoliate the skin, along with a few other ingredients that brighten rough and dull looking skin. It also removes excess oil and helps clear pores, leaving your skin smooth, bright and luminous after.
- Then I love using Tula’s Pro-Glycolic 10% PH Resurfacing Gel. This alcohol-free toner uses probiotics, glycolic acid, and beetroot extract to gently exfoliate the skin, leaving it looking smooth, hydrated and more even. I’m huge into beets so since I love eating them, I might as well rub them all over my skin too, especially if it’s going to minimize pore size.
- Lastly, every day I use Tula’s Illuminating Serum. This was my favorite Tula product from the beginning and it’s stayed that way. This serum helps with the appearance of dark spots, hyperpigmentation and dull skin, helping your skin glow every time you put it on.
With all three of these Tula products together, I’m able to reduce some of my dark spots, minimize my pore size and reveal my glowing skin that’s hiding underneath my sun kissed, airplane ridden skin. It’s the best!
