It's time for a new yoga video! This video was shot during my trip to Muscat, Oman when I visited Shangri-La Al Husn Resort and Spa. Their courtyard is so beautiful that I wanted to share the ambiance in this short but effective yoga video to help relieve neck and shoulder tension. You don't even need a yoga mat to do this video!
