Happy Labor Day!! I’m moving incredibly slow today and I’m loving every second of it. I’m heading to the gym soon, but first, Jackson couples and Keeping up with the Kardashians. For me, this weekend has been all about indulging without stressing about it. And I hope the same goes for you! This weekend is a reminder that summer is almost over so it’s time to enjoy every bite, calorie and indulgence without guilt! Go have an amazing day and enjoy this time with your friends and family!

Sunday – Rest Day

Monday – CrossFit Broadway Class

Front Squat: 16 mins to find a 1 Rep Max – I got to 145#

9 min AMRAP OF:

  • 50 DU
  • 10 Thrusters (95/65)
  • 10 Lateral Burpees Over Bar

I got 4 rounds + 33 reps at 55#

Tuesday – CrossFit Broadway Class

Max Ring Dips/ Dips in 2 mins – I got 17 dips

– 1 min Rest then –

Max Strict Pull Ups in 2 mins – I got 15 strict pull ups

3 Rounds For Time (22 min cap):

  • 500m Row
  • 30 Wall Ball
  • 470m Run

I finished in 18:28 rx

Wednesday – Boxing Class at Compass Fitness through Class Pass

Thursday – Rest Day

Friday – CrossFit Broadway Class

Every 30 secs x 7 mins: 1 Hang Snatch at 65-70% – I worked up to 75#

Then For Time: (15 min cap)

470m Run

30 Toes 2 Bar

15 + 15 Single Arm KB OH Squat (55/35)

470M Run – 20 T2B – 10 + 10 Single Arm OH Squat

470m Run – 10 T2B – 5 + 5 Single Arm OH Squat

I finished in 14:48 using 25# KB

Saturday – CrossFit Broadway Class

25 minute Partner AMRAP: (1 person working at a time)

1000m row

75 power cleans (115/75)

75 burpees over bar

75 push jerk (115/75)

We finished 1+1105 at 55#
