Keto Greek Salad

Generally, greek salad is already keto friendly, as long as there isn’t any bread or gluten added throughout the mixture. This recipe shows you how to make a clean, basic greek salad that is not only keto friendly, but is also vegetarian and can be made vegan/paleo if you substitute the feta cheese for tofu or almond based fetta.

Keto Greek Salad

This salad has quickly become my favorite salad to make to accompany a nice piece of protein, or even as a main meal in itself. The rich flavors and umami of the cheese contrasted with the fresh zest of the tomato, cucumber, and olives make this an absolutely delicious basic meal to add to your repertoire.
