Weekly Workouts + What I Ate in a Day
You guys! I’m in New Freaking Zealand right now. Bananas. Be sure to follow me on instagram stories because I’ll be sharing all the fun photos and videos there! I would love to chat more and give a little pep talk but I’m officially on vacation and I traveled for 32 hours straight so I’m going to take to day (meaning night) off. Go crush this week and be a badass!! Work hard, love hard, and enjoy every second of your life!
Sunday – Versa Climber Class at Transform through Class Pass
Monday – CrossFit Broadway Class
Back Squats: 3 x 10. All sets at 70% (12 mins) – I did my squats at 125#
Then 10 min As Many Rounds As Possible of:
- 60 Double Unders
- 15 Burpees
- 15 Toes to Bar
I got 3 rounds + 65 reps Rx
Tuesday – CrossFit Broadway Class
3 x 7 Single Arm Strict Press each arm w. 3 sec descent each rep
3 x 7 Strict Pull Ups w. 3 sec descent each rep!
-alternating between presses and pull ups
Then 5 Rounds For Time: (12 min cap)
- 20/16 cal Row
- 15 Deadlift (225/155)
I finished in 10:04 using 115#
Wednesday – Boxing Class at Compass Fitness through Class Pass
Thursday – Guns & Buns Class at Compass Fitness through Class Pass
Friday – CrossFit Broadway Class
Deadlift: 3 x 10, all sets at 70% (13 mins) – I used 155#
Then 12 min As Many Rounds As Possible, In teams of 2:
- Partner 1 Holds a Double KB Front Rack Position (2 x 55/35)
- Partner 2 Max Calories on Assault Bike

Once I woke up, I started my day off how I always do – with coffee at 6am. I made a hot cup of nespresso with a tablespoon or so of heavy cream, some liquid stevia and a heaping tablespoon of collagen.
For breakfast I had Butcherbox ground beef mixed with hot sauce and Primal Palate meat & potato seasonings. I put it on top of arugula with some caesar dressing and ate it with a chocolate (veggie) waffle – I need to test that recipe out again before I share it!
After a morning workout, I had an almond milk latte but only drank 1/2 of it.
For lunch, I had a smoothie with almond milk, banana, peanut butter, chocolate protein powder and chia seeds.
For a snack later in the afternoon, I had a handful of Siete Tortilla Chips and 1/3 of Health Ade kombucha.
For dinner, I cooked Butcherbox ground beef and pork sausage together, then added kale, roasted brussels sprouts then cooked up cauliflower gnocchi. Then I mixed it all together with artichoke and basil pesto!
