Keto Cranberry Sauce
Keto Cranberry Sauce is perfect for Thanksgiving, roast turkey or even roast pork. It is slightly sweet, with a creamy texture, and will suit your family dinners (even for those who aren’t keto)
The magic ingredient in this sauce is the addition of chia seeds. The gelatinous texture of chia seeds when heated is enough to congeal the sauce into a thick syrup without the addition of sugar, which can have the same effect when used in normal baking.
