Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C (355F)
  2. Place the melted butter and sweetener into a bowl and beat until pale and fluffy.
  3. Add cinnamon, mixed spice and almond extract and mix again.
  4. Add 4 Eggs, one at a time, mixing between each one.
  5. Add the almond meal, dried cranberries and orange zest.
  6. Mix until well combined.
  7. Place into a round baking tin and cook for 20 mins, or until it passes the skewer test.
