Barbell Workout: Deadlifts and Burpees

It's time for another Workout Wednesday! In today's post, we are using a women's barbell which weighs 35lbs, 15 pound plates, clips and mats for a Deadlift and Burpee workout. It's a 21-15-9 workout which means it goes like this:
21 deadlifts
21 burpees
15 deadlifts
15 burpees
9 deadlifts
9 burpees
You're meant to go fast, but try not to compromise on your form. Take rests as needed, and just do the best you can. I love this style workout because it's great for burning fat, and since it takes just about ten minutes or so, you can see the light at the end of the tunnel as you work through it.
