- 1/2Head Cauliflower
- 1Tablespoon Butter
- 1/2Cup Parmesan cheese
- 1Tablespoon heavy whipping creamPure Cream
- 1/2teaspoon Salt
- 1/2teaspoon Pepper

In a large pot with a lid, bring a pot of water to boil.

Slice the cauliflower “florets” off from the stalk and place them into the boiling water.

Cook the cauliflower in the water for 20 mins or until tender.

Drain the water from the pot, and using a potato masher, mash the cauliflower into a paste like consistency.

Add the Butter, Parmesan, Cream, Salt and Pepper, and continue mashing until all the ingredients are combined. Serve Warm.
