Answering questions from my DMs on Instagram

A few weeks ago I did a poll on instagram asking how you'd like me to answer the questions I received in my DMs - via vlog on our YouTube channel, or via our podcast Namaslay® with YogaByCandace? To my surprise, it was split right down the middle with a 50/50 tie, so I divvied up the questions. Today I'm sharing the vlog, which we filmed in Oman this past week.
