Workout Wednesday: Hiit Workout: 8 Minute Kettlebell Workout

In this workout we will be using a kettlebell for the 2 movements. The first movement is a Russian Kettlebell swing and the second movement is a goblet hold reverse lunge. Find a weight that works for you.
We will perform 10 reps of each movement, then 9 of each, then 8, and so on until 1 rep of each.
10 Russian KB swings
10 Goblet Hold Reverse Lunges (10each leg alternating)
9 Russian KB swings
9 Goblet Hold Reverse Lunges (9 each leg alternating)
8 Russian KB swings
8 Goblet Hold Reverse Lunges (8 each leg alternating)
All the way down to 1 Russian KB swing and 1 Goblet Hold Reverse Lunges
