Cobb salads are generally a good mix of lettuce, avocado, cheese, bacon, tomatoes and boiled eggs. It’s a simple mix of fresh ingredients that make this keto friendly salad taste fantastic. I usually cook my eggs just long enough so they are still runny on the inside, but it’s totally up to you how you like to cook your eggs, and I’m sure you’ve probably got a method that works best for you.

- 2Slices bacon
- 1Whole Boiled Egg
- 1/2Whole Avocado
- 30g Cheddar Cheese1 oz
- 1Cup Cos Lettuce
- 4Whole Cherry Tomatoes
- 1Tbsp olive oil

Cook the bacon, and hard boil 1 egg.

Place the lettuce into a bowl.

Slice the avocado, cheese, cherry tomato’s and place into the lettuce.

Drizzle with olive oil, and put the bacon and sliced egg on top.

Serve and enjoy!
