Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan on medium heat, melt the butter until it starts to turn slightly brown. Be careful not to burn the butter in stage.
  2. Carefully add the cream and erythritol to the butter in the saucepan stirring constantly and continue cooking for 5 minutes on low.
  3. Remove from the heat, and let it cool before placing into a glass container.
  4. Store in the fridge and is usable after 4 hours of chilling
