Keto Pork Larb

Larb is a dish that originates from Laos and northern Thailand, so this Keto Pork Larb is a take on the traditional dish with a very limited amount of carbs added.

Larb can be made from any sort of protein but is usually made from chicken, pork, beef or mushrooms. It can be served in lettuce leaves as shown in the photos above, or simply eaten straight from the bowl. Its a fantastic dish that tends to be a little higher in protein, which generally isn’t a problem unless your specifically keeping your protein below a certain threshold for dietary reasons.
