Ingredients
- 1Whole EggSeperated
- 1/2tsp Vanilla Extract
- 9Drops Liquid Stevia
- 1/4Cup Temple Nutrition MCT OilUse code FFWL15 for 15% Off
- 1tsp Lemon JuiceOptional
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, separate an egg. Keep the egg white for later, and beat the egg yolk whilst drizziling the MCT Oil very slowly into the egg yolk.

Add the stevia, vanilla extract and lemon juice (optional), continue mixing whilst adding the egg white in with the rest of the ingredients

Store in a jar in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Recipe Notes
Bonus recipe - Vanessa Spina also loves adding Gelatine in her coffee, and she does this by adding 1 tsp of gelatine powder blended with the coffee. It is just as delicious and lasts a little longer due to the fact that there is no raw egg in the mixture.
